As announced on Twitter by Jono Wells, the Beta 1 of Visual Studio 2010 is now available for download for MSDN subscribers.

This new version brings many new features such as:

  • The Cloud
  • Parallel development
  • Improvements for web development with better integration between JavaScript and Silverlight another
  • Reorganization Interface
  • Support new DB like Oracle or IBM DB2

If you want to learn more about new features and changes, Microsoft provides a PDF with all this information!

In addition, the Beta 1. NET Framework 4 is also available for download in 32/64 bit versions and Itanium.

If you are a Silverlight developer and would like to have on hand a large part of classes and controls available in Silverlight, so this post will please you!

It brings together some of the controls available as well as classes and supported systems.

It is based on Silverlight 2 Beta 1 controls some have since disappeared but for now there is no new version for RTW, if you have one do not hesitate to tell me in comment ;)

If you were not present at the PDC held last week in Los Angeles or you simply wish to review a session, all sessions are available on the website of Channel 9.

Microsoft to release a new site called DreamSpark and can download various software related to the development after registering as a student in selecting a school or university.

The site is not accessible to students as may be present.

The software made available are:

• Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition
• Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition

• Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition

• XNA Game Studio 2.0
• Expression Studio, with Expression Web, Expression Blend, Expression Design, Expression Media

And in addition there is a year subscription to the club offered XNA Creator Club

The 2008 versions of the editions of Visual Studio Express is available in En and final version!

The Express versions are a bit editions of Visual Studio lean normal but has all the functionalities needed to develop applications like WPF, Silverlight, or for those who have not yet passed the framework 3.5 there is also Windows Forms .

Editions Web, C #, VB and C + + are available either through a pack in either a single executable.

All these versions are compatible with Windows Vista!
