In Windows Vista, the execute button has disappeared and you have to look for in All Programs => Accessories or use the abbreviated keyboard Windows + R.

To this button réaparraitre follow the steps below:

1. Right click on the icon in the Start Menu => Properties
2. Click Customize
3. Then check the box to execute command.
4. OK by OK
5. Then apply and then OK
