IE8 will respect the standards!

The development team at Internet Explorer has announced that IE8 passes the test without problem ACID unlike Firefox 2 for example.

If you want to test your browser for this standard, visit this page from W3C.

If you see the picture below is that your browser meets this standard

picture If IE8 successfully passes this test, this does not mean he will meet all standard because Acid2 is a standard among other W3C example.

The first beta of IE8 is expected to be available in 2008 probably the first half.

For the moment there is no information on new features.

The beta of Firefox 3 respects the standard.
